What we collect
What you enter in the contact form: name, work email, company, country, website, sales channels, product families, volume and your message. We also record the country and city Cloudflare derives from your connection, so we know where an enquiry was sent from. We do not store the IP address itself.
Why
To reply to your request with a scope and quote (pre-contractual steps, GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
Where it is stored
On Cloudflare infrastructure in the EU where available, for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting engagement, then deleted.
Cookies and analytics
We use two first-party cookies for audience measurement only: epr_v, an anonymous random visitor ID kept for 13 months and not renewed on later visits, and epr_s, a session ID that expires after 30 minutes. They count visits, sessions and returning visitors on this site. They are not shared with anyone, not used for advertising and not combined with other data, which is why they fall under the CNIL exemption for audience measurement and need no consent. We store no IP addresses. No third-party tracker loads unless you accept advertising cookies (below). Statistics are kept for 90 days.

Google Ads
We advertise on Google Ads. If you click Accept all in the cookie bar, the Google tag (AW-18540078311) loads and Google sets advertising cookies such as _gcl_au to measure which ads lead to visits, enquiries and purchases. Google acts as an independent controller of this data, which may be transferred to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. If you reject, nothing from Google loads. Your choice is kept for 6 months in an epr_ads cookie. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)).
Chat and email
When you write to us in the chat on this site or by email, your messages, name, email address and the browser, language and page you wrote from are kept in our support system, Chatwoot, which we run on our own server at OVH in Canada (a country the European Commission recognises as offering adequate protection). The chat is answered by an AI assistant. Email replies are drafted by the same AI, and a person reads and approves every reply before it is sent. For this, the text of your message is sent to OpenRouter (United States), which passes it to the AI model. Emails are received and sent through Resend (United States). Conversations are deleted 3 years after the last message. Legal basis: answering your request (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
