# EPR France Rep

> EPR France Rep is a France-based EPR authorised representative (mandataire REP). Since 10 July 2026, French law (article L. 541-10-9-1 of the Environmental Code) requires every company that places products or packaging on the French market without an establishment in France, whether based in the EU or outside it, to appoint one. We act as that representative: we join the eco-organismes, obtain one IDU number per EPR stream from ADEME and file the declarations, for all French EPR streams.

## What we do
- Scope analysis: which French EPR streams apply and whether the company is the producer for each sales flow
- Written mandate as the France-established representative (subrogated in the obligations covered)
- Eco-organisme memberships (Citeo, Léko, Citeo Pro, Léko Pro, Twiice, Ecomaison, Valdelia, Refashion, Ecologic, ecosystem and others)
- IDU numbers for every stream, ready for Amazon.fr, Cdiscount, ManoMano, Fnac and other marketplaces
- Declarations filed on time, authority correspondence, regulatory watch (PPWR, professional packaging from 1 January 2027)

- Marketplace and e-commerce sellers shipping to French consumers from the EU, UK, US, China or Turkey
- EU companies without a French entity
- B2B suppliers and manufacturers selling to French businesses, including the professional packaging scheme from 2027

- Service fee from €290 per EPR stream per year, €0 setup, no deposit
- Eco-contributions passed on at the eco-organisme's published rate with 0% markup
