French EPR for large producers and manufacturers
You ship tonnes, not parcels. In France that usually means several EPR streams, declarations on the eco-organisme's calendar and a custom quote.
A manufacturer not established in France is the producer there when it sells to French businesses that use the goods, or to consumers, and since 10 July 2026 it must act through a French EPR representative. Large producers usually have two or three streams at once: the product itself (building products, furniture, tyres, electrical equipment), its professional packaging from 1 January 2027 (bags, big bags, pallets, film) and sometimes household packaging. Above 10 tonnes of packaging or more than three streams we work on a Custom plan: the eco-organisme is chosen on its tariff for your products, declarations follow its calendar (monthly at Ecominéro) and the data can come straight from your sales system.
What you are dealing with
Cement, concrete, mortar and lime
Building products (PMCB), category 1, mineral products: Ecominéro or Valobat. The bags, big bags, pallets and film are professional packaging from 2027.
Natural stone, marble and ceramic tiles
Also PMCB category 1, like slate and terracotta: Ecominéro or Valobat.
Furniture manufacturers
Consumer furniture: Ecomaison, per unit. Professional furniture for offices and hotels: Valdelia, by weight.
Tyre manufacturers
The tyres stream: Aliapur, France Recyclage Pneumatiques (FRP) or Tyval, approved until 31 December 2028.
Machinery and electrical equipment
Professional electrical equipment: Ecologic or ecosystem, plus professional packaging for crates and pallets.
Food, wine and olive oil
Household packaging, glass bottles included: Citeo, Adelphe or Léko. Pallets and film to wholesalers: professional packaging from 2027.

Our fee is quoted on scope. Eco-contributions are billed by the eco-organisme at its official scale, passed on at cost. Past years not declared are quoted separately.
Common questions
Who is the producer when we sell to a French distributor?
The distributor that buys and resells your products, unless your contract puts the obligation on you. When you sell to French businesses that use the goods, or to consumers, you are the producer.
How often do large producers declare?
It depends on the eco-organisme. Ecominéro, for building products, asks for a declaration every month; other schemes declare on their own calendar, often once a year with advance payments.
What does it cost?
Large volumes and more than three streams are on our Custom plan, quoted on scope. Eco-contributions are billed by the eco-organisme at its official scale and passed on at cost, with nothing added.
