Eco-organismes tell us these are the questions commercial and industrial producers ask before they appoint an authorised representative. Here is our answer to each, including where a service is on quote or still being put in place.

| Registration and authorised representative | We are your mandataire in France under a written mandate: membership in your name, IDU numbers and declarations, for every EPR stream. The group's local services do the same in Germany, Spain and Italy. |
| Declarations, fees and audit support | We file your declarations and pass eco-contributions on at the eco-organisme's published rate, with 0% markup. Support during an eco-organisme or ADEME audit is on quote. → |

| Capacity and continuity | Every mandate, membership, IDU number and declaration is kept in your client portal, so your file never depends on one person's inbox. |
| Data security, ownership and exit | Your data and documents are yours: download them from your portal at any time. Your IDU numbers stay yours, and if you leave we hand your memberships over to you or your next representative. Sign-in is by single-use email link. |
