- Small producers can often use simplified or flat-rate regimes.
Layer 2 — representative service fee
- Driven by workload: number of schemes, product references, declaration regime (flat, simplified, actual) and data quality.
- Published market prices in 2026 start around €50 per month or about €190 per year per scheme for simple flat-rate cases; quote-based consultancies have been reported to charge from about €1,200 to €8,000 for comparable registrations.
- Look for a fixed written fee and no percentage taken on eco-contributions.
