No. Your membership and your IDU stay valid. Since 10 July 2026, article L. 541-10-9-1 of the Environmental Code requires a producer not established in France to designate, by written mandate, a mandataire established in France, who is then subrogated in all the EPR obligations it accepts under the mandate. The article adds that appointment; it does not cancel a membership or an identifier you already hold. You appoint us, and your existing membership runs under our mandate.Sources (2)

What stays
- Your IDU, the identifier ADEME issued for each stream, and the number you show on your terms of sale and give to marketplaces.
- Your membership with Citeo, Léko, Refashion or another eco-organisme, and your declaration history.
- Contributions you have already paid for the year. They are not paid again.
What changes
The membership and the declarations are carried by your mandataire under the written mandate. On our Free plan this covers one stream; on Standard, up to three.
