Are these the real eco-organisme prices?
Yes. Every rate is copied from the 2026 schedule published by the eco-organisme itself (Léko, Léko Pro, Citeo Pro, Twiice, Ecomaison, Valdelia, Refashion), linked below. We add 0% markup: eco-contributions are billed at the published rate on your actual declaration.
Which professional packaging scheme is cheapest?
Under 2 tonnes a year, Twiice's €100 annual flat fee is the lowest (Léko Pro €95 per half-year, Citeo Pro €125 per half-year). Above 2 tonnes the per-tonne rates are within 1% of each other for plastics and paper-cardboard; steel, aluminium and glass differ more (Léko Pro €5.06/t, Citeo Pro €8/t, Twiice €5.39–23.63/t). The calculator shows all three on your mix.
Which streams are not calculated here?
Electronics, batteries, toys, DIY and garden, sports, building products, tyres and chemical products: their schedules price each product code individually (hundreds of codes), so we price them in your written quote from your product list. The scope check tells you which streams apply. France has 19 EPR streams in total; packaging itself has only two: household and professional.
What can change the final amount?
Your real volumes, eco-modulation bonuses or penalties (recyclability, recycled content, durability), minimum bills, and yearly schedule updates: 2027 professional packaging schedules are expected from autumn 2026.
Why does another simulator show a lower number for the same volumes?
Three usual reasons. First, minimum bills: Léko invoices at least €95 excl. VAT per year for household packaging, and the professional packaging schemes bill €95–125 per half-year, so 100 kg of cardboard is never €22. Second, the per-unit part: household packaging is charged by weight plus an amount per consumer sales unit, which weight-only simulators leave out. Third, old rates: some tools still run on 2025 schedules. This calculator applies the minimum bills, the per-unit part and the 2026 schedules, linked below.
Is the representative fee included?
No. Our fee is a fixed annual amount per stream, stated in writing before you sign. Eco-contributions above are paid to the eco-organisme through us, at cost.
